HISTORY:

At the beginning of his 3rd year in Legends, Patrick's plan was to compete for one final year in the semipro division and capture the national title; A pretty tall order considering past champions have raced as much as 62 races in a season to capture the championship and Patrick would get 33.

Be that as it may, 33 races later Patrick found himself with 26 semipro victories (2 in regional qualifier races against the best on the east coast) and the 2005 Semipro national championship.

At the beginning of the 2004 season, Patrick did not qualifying for the main feature at ODS. Instead, he raced in way into the main event via consolation race.  It did not take Patrick long to qualify, based on time, in the front of the field and win his first ever Legends feature event race at one of the toughest tracks against some of the best drivers in the country. Patrick and his brother Duncan, look to become the first brothers to win state titles – Pro and Semi-Pro.

When Patrick was 5 years old, he began racing Quarter Midgets. He learned very quickly and was instantly competitive. He enjoyed his Quarter Midget racing and enjoyed traveling with his family and friends. He was lucky enough to travel to a Mid-Florida track where he met Mark Martin and his son Matt. Patrick also traveled to Syracuse New York – Oaklane QMRC, Phoenixville and Honey Brook QMRC PA - TopekaKansas – Blackbird QMRC Delaware – as well as both the tracks in Jersey, Atco and Wall. Patrick went to 3 National events in his Quarter Midget career and now drives full time in his #47 Legends Car.

The 2003 season found Patrick traveling to Old Dominion Speedway in Manassas, Virginia for nine events. At the age of 12, Patrick in his first season of Legends accomplished quite a lot. As luck would have it, he found himself more than once, in “harms way”.  When he did finish, he finished well! His best finish of the season was at South Side Speedway in Richmond, VA where Patrick earned 9th place
