DUNCAN MOLESWORTH LEADS HIS FIRST LAPS AT LOWE'S MOTOR SPEEDWAY

MOORESVILLE, N.C.- (June 21, 2007)- 17 year-old Duncan Molesworth drove his Number 53 Legends car to a second place finish Tuesday night at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Duncan is racing in the Legends Car Pro division race as part of the Summer Shootout Series at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Duncan started the race on the front row in the second position. Once the race began he quickly took the lead.

“I haven’t had butterflies since I was 15” Duncan said about leading
at Lowes Motor Speedway. Tuesday night was the first time Duncan has led a lap at Lowe’s.

Duncan’s lead lasted until lap five when Tyler Green passed
underneath Duncan to grab the race lead. A lengthy caution followed
to clean up oil on the track, shortening the race to seven laps. When
the green-white-checkered flag waved, Duncan Molesworth happily
finished second.

“Second is good for me,” Duncan said. “I’m happy with that,” he added.

Duncan Molesworth will be returning next week to Lowes Motor Speedway for more Summer Shootout action. He will also be making a personal appearance on June 27th at Carowinds “Salute to Motorsports” featuring the Future Stars in Racing Training and Development Academy.  Duncan along with 15 of his fellow academy members will be on hand signing autographs for fans and participating in question and answer sessions throughout the day.
